Goal
How do facilitators feel facilitating remote/hybrid Miro workshops and what are their biggest challenges and problems?
Method:
We will do up to 5 contextual interviews with people form our target group.
Participants:
Participants will be people age 18-50 who have already facilitated workshops

We will be doing out interview remotely via Zoom app
Script:
Interview Plan/ScriptData and Analysis
We will record video during the interviews using Zoom.
We will do a thematic analysis identifying the main themes in the interviews.
Consent & NDA
We will send an email to the participants explaining the purpose of the study before the interviews. In the beginning of the interview session we will repeat the same information to ensure that the participant has understood and consents to participating.

The purpose of our user interview is for learning more about the remote / hybrid (Miro) workshops experience and what are the facilitator's biggest challenges and problems? With your permission, we would like to record video of the interview. Only people from our user experience team will see the video material. We also want you to know that you can quit the interview at any time if you feel like it, no hard feelings.
Communication
At the end of the project we will host a workshop for the team to identify design opportunities based on the research. We will also write a report documenting the research process and the results
Time plan
We will plan the study and recruit participants in a week [1-8.06.2021]. The interview sessions will run in a week [9-16.06.2021]
In order to find suitable candidates for user interview I have send a screener survey that help me gather emails of a users that are willing to participate in a user intervirew around the given topic.
